Removal of Conditions
If you were married for less than two years at the time you obtained your permanent residence by marriage, you received a two-year conditional green card.

In order for your residency not to be canceled and for you to receive your green card valid for ten years, you must file Form I-751 within 90 days prior to the expiration of your current card.
